Community Living Positions
Life Skills helps individuals with developmental disabilities
live in homes of their own in the community. We currently
offer these services in St. Louis City, St. Louis County and St.
Charles County. We are seeking Direct Support Professionals
to provide assistance to individuals with developmental
disabilities in a community-based setting.
Community Living
Instructor - Community Living Instructors can be
full-time or part-time and work in a variety of settings throughout
St Louis. Our staff provides assistance with daily
activities such as meal preparation and planning; medication
administration; and personal care. Staff may also facilitate
community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the
community or providing transportation to work or other activities.
In addition, staff support therapeutic and behavioral plans in
partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life for
those we support.
Community Living
Management positions - The CLIs are supported in
the homes by various leaders and supervisors. Team Leads are
a subject matter expert in the house or work site, Supervisors
directly work with 2-3 homes doing scheduling, doctor appointments,
working with families and guardians. Managers oversee 4-6 homes
developing the PCP, supervising staff, etc.
Nurses - Our
nurses are responsible for the medical oversight and coordination
of care for the clients on their caseload. For Life Skills
the nurses that carry out this rewarding, care giving support play
a crucial role in the successes of our clients and the organization
as a whole.

Employment Services Positions
Life Skills helps individuals with developmental disabilities
find competitive, meaningful employment in the community. We
currently offer employment services in St. Louis City, St. Louis
County and St. Charles County. We are currently seeking
candidates for the following positions:
Employment
Services Recruiter - Employment Recruiters not only
support the people we serve but also represent Life Skills to the
community in building partnerships with businesses who will employ
our customers.
Community Skills
Instructor - CSIs are the link to the community for
those they serve and are responsible for supporting adults with
developmental disabilities in the community. Outgoing,
energetic and creative planners should take a look!
Employment
Consultant - Consultants ensure the effectiveness
of employment services both for our clients as well as the
employers. Consultants will help to identify both the
immediate and long-term performance goals and support needs with
employers and employees to ensure continued success on the job.
Employment
Access Specialist - this position supports clients'
efforts to access community resources, utilize public
transportation, develop positive relationships and develop
pre-vocational skills.

TouchPoint Autism Services Positions
TouchPoint Autism Services supports more than 2,800 clients in
95 counties across the state of Missouri, including St. Louis City,
St. Louis County and St. Charles County. Our qualified team
of autism specialists works with individuals affected by Autism
Spectrum Disorders and their families to help develop communication
and social skills while addressing problem behaviors. If you would
like to support individuals on the autism spectrum please read

St. Louis
Office - Our main office in St.
Louis provides parent training, clinical, in-home services and more
to families impacted by autism in St. Louis City, St. Louis County
and St. Charles County.
Statewide
Offices - We have offices in Columbia, Springfield,
Joplin, Cape Girardeau and Poplar Bluff, MO. They typically
provide in-home services to families with children on the Autism
Spectrum.
Sample positions for which we are currently hiring include:
Individual
Support Assistant - The responsibilities of the
Respite Provider are to work directly with children and adults with
Autism Spectrum Disorders at the Center, within the community, and
at the homes of the individuals.
ABA
Implementers - Implementers are responsible for
carrying out the important part of our mission by successfully
conducting Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and therapy with
individuals with autism spectrum disorders.
Clinical
Professionals - OT, PT, SLP provide therapy
after-school and weekends
