Assessments

TouchPoint will assess an individual's social, emotional and communicative abilities as well as behaviors present in individuals with autism spectrum disorders through various activities. Using various diagnostic and evaluative instruments--including but not limited to the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS)--the assessment may provide confirmation of a predetermined diagnosis, identification of autism spectrum symptomology and specific areas of strengths as well as areas for growth. The assessment will provide specific treatment and placement/programmatic recommendations.
